Why does my pass not update automatically?

Some pass issues only support iOS devices but not android devices. If you would like your pass issuer to support android devices, you can contact us and we will try to work with the pass issuer to get android support. 


What permissions does Wallet Passes need any why?

Location: We use your location to show passes on your lock screen when you have enabled suggest on lock screen of your passes.
Bluetooth: We use bluetooth LE to show passes on your lock screen when you have enabled suggest on lock screen of your passes.
Access to SD card: We only use your SD card when you request to import existing passes from your phone. Our app then searches for downloaded passes and imports them automatically
Camera: We use your camera to scan for QR codes in order to add passes to your phone

We only collect necessary data and do not share it with third parties. You can find more details in our privacy policy


Why don't you support my android phone?

We currently only support android 4.0 and higher. If you own an older phone, contact us and let us know your android version
